March Madness

When Daddy comes home each night, he usually has a few coins in his pocket that he gives me to put in my piggy-bank. Daddy doesn’t know it but sometimes I also take a dollar bill from him and run upstairs to put that in my piggy-bank too. I am saving money for college and that is very important because college is expensive. It is also important to pick the right college. For example, Western Kentucky is an example of a good college because they have a good scholastic program and they don’t screw up your NCAA pool. On the other hand, Boston College is an example of a bad college because….well, you know why.

Snow?

We had an odd weekend down here in the south – 3 inches of rain followed by…snow. As a result, we did not do much outside this weekend. However, we did get to spend some time with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Travis.

Today Tyler, Gavin, and baby Oliver came over to play at our house. We all had a nice time together. After they left, Mommy and I went to get our nails done. As everyone knows, that is very serious business in our house.

This evening while I was helping Daddy edit his eHarmony profile, Mommy was finishing another captivating season of The Bachelor so I went to check out the ending with her. What an exciting twist this year and what a disappointment at the same.
