We spent a few days in Hilton Head Island, SC over July 4th weekend. It was nice and hot as it has been most of the summer in the south. We stayed at one of the big resorts and the nice people that gave us our room tried to talk Mommy and Daddy into buying something one of the mornings. It was a really nice place and we shared it with Julie, Rich, and my friend Hunter. We went to the pool and beach all three days, Daddy and Rich played golf one morning, and on the last night we went to Harbour Town for dinner and to look at the beautiful boats. At the beach we played in the sand although neither Ty nor Hunter really liked the sand as much as I did. We never ended up staying very long at the beach and ultimately ended up at the pool each day. The pool was awesome - they had plenty for us kids and a bar for the adults. At night, Hunter, Ty, and I ran around the condo, watched Diego for hours, and played with each other. Hunter has a cool basketball hoop and he loves to play.
Mommy and Daddy's meeting with the folks at the resort went pretty well....although it did finally end with Daddy saying "I don't think you understand...we are not buying anything today."
